5. Get a breather. Young or adult, you need time to have fun. When going through the day and it starts to feel like a struggle, take a break and go have some fun. Some folks would run extra miles. Others go with their workout buddies at the gym to sweat it off. Sometimes, all you need to sort your thoughts out is some peace and quiet.
